AI Political Deepfake Law / Materially Deceptive Media in Elections

Scope: Distribution of materially deceptive AI-generated media within 90 days of an election. Safe harbor for content with clearly visible AI-manipulation disclaimer.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment + fines up to $1,000; injunctive relief.
