Enzai is a Belfast, Northern Ireland-based AI governance software company founded in August 2021 by Ryan Donnelly (a leading AI regulation lawyer) and Jack Carlisle (a software engineer). The company builds an enterprise AI governance and enablement platform — branded AI Comply — that helps organizations build AI system inventories, apply policies, map compliance to global regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST RMF, GDPR), conduct automated risk assessments, and generate audit-ready reports. Enzai was incorporated on August 13, 2021 (UK Companies House number NI681546) and raised a $4M seed round in September 2023 led by Cavalry Ventures with participation from Seedcamp, Techstart Ventures, and angels. The company holds ISO 27001 certification (since 2023, audited annually by NQA) and integrates with over 50 enterprise tools. Holistic AI is an enterprise AI governance platform founded in 2020 and spun out of University College London by Dr. Adriano Koshiyama and Dr. Emre Kazim. Headquartered in London with a US presence, Holistic AI provides model discovery, risk assessment, bias and robustness testing, and continuous monitoring across an organization's AI portfolio — including agents, LLMs, and classic ML. The company has built a strong research footprint in algorithmic auditing.
